In 1903, the Hong Kong Government marked out the boundaries of City of Victoria. In this exhibition, we attempt to introduce the development of the Central District, Sheung Wan, the Western District (Sai Ying Pun, Shek Tong Tsui and Kennedy Town), Wan Chai (Admiralty and Wan Chai) and Causeway Bay (Bowrington, Happy Valley and East Point) prior to the Second World War by photographs and maps from the Museum's collection.
