In view of the latest situation of COVID-19, the Hong Kong Museum of History, Dr. Sun Yat-sen Museum, Lei Cheng Uk Han Tomb Museum, Law Uk Folk Museum and Fireboat Alexander Grantham Exhibition Gallery are temporarily closed and all public programmes are suspended.
Starting from November 1, except for exempted persons*, all members of the public are required to use the "LeaveHomeSafe" application to scan the venue QR code before they are allowed to enter government buildings or offices, the new arrangements are applicable at Hong Kong Museum of History, Dr. Sun Yat-sen Museum, Lei Cheng Uk Han Tomb Museum, Law Uk Folk Museum and Fireboat Alexander Grantham Exhibition Gallery.
*Exempted persons including persons aged below 12 and aged 65 or above, and those with disabilities that render use of the application difficult.

Inclement Weather Arrangements
- Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above: The Museum will be closed and remain closed if the signal is lowered less than 2 hours before the normal closing time.
- Black Rainstorm Warning Signal: If the signal is issued during normal opening hours, the Museum will remain open. If the signal is issued before opening hours, the Museum will be closed until the signal is cancelled. If the signal is cancelled less than 2 hours before the normal closing time, the Museum will remain closed.
