Collections & Services
Thanks to the public campaign in 2004 to collect artefacts related to Dr Sun Yat-sen and the 1911 Revolution as well as the ongoing acquisition of articles from a variety of sources, the museum has built up a catalogue of more than 5,000 objects on Dr Sun and modern Chinese history. Comprising a wide range of items including works of calligraphy, manuscripts, books, commemorative stamps and coins, the collection illustrates the life of Dr Sun and the history of the connections that he and Hong Kong shared with the 1911 Revolution.
